Add Retention Plan

 

  1. The screen that listed retention plans. The user can be search or filter for all fields.
  2. To edit the selected retention plan, the user clicks the Edit button.
  3. To delete the selected retention plan, the user clicks the Delete button.

 

 

  1. The screen uses to create a new retention plan. The name of retention plan, start date, period type, disposition type, unit retention period, department archive retention period, institution archive retention period, retention code and disposition setting data entered from this screen.
  2. To clear data that entered, the user clicks the Reset button.
  3. By pressing the save button, a new retention plan can be created.
