Service Bureau on Customer Site

Most of KodA Service Bureau services are given on customer site. This is an ideal solution for customers who do not allow their documents to leave their archives.

After the Service Level Agreement is signed between KodA and the customer, KodA builds its own organization in the office dedicated by the customer for Service Bureau operations. All the hardware, software, and personnel to provide the service is supplied by KodA while the office space and office requirements such as electricity and air conditioning are supplied by the customer.
